            East Side Charter School of Wilmington, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware as a non-stock membership corporation. The persons who are the directors of the corporation are also the members. The School is an IRS qualified 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Our federal taxpayer identification number is 51-0377733.

Board Meeting Schedule for 2008-2009

 

   The Board of Directors will meet in the library of the School at 5 pm on the following days in 2008-2009:

Meetings of the Board are open to the public in accordance with Delaware’s Freedom of Information Act, which permits the Board to meet in non-public executive session to discuss certain matters. Meetings are held in the library of the School, usually on the 4th Wednesday of each month, starting at 5 pm. The first 10 minutes of each meeting are usually set aside for public comment. Following are the procedures for making public comment at any meeting:
